THE SERIES 5 PLATFORM
The Infinity 506 and Infinity 508 ECUs are affordable state-of-the-art engine control units designed for four- and six-cylinder racing engines (typically Infinity 506), and racing engines with up to 8 cylinders that are using high-impedance injectors (Infinity 508). A Powersports version is available for Polaris RZR 900, 1000 and XP Turbo applications (PN 30-7112). The Series 5 features a smaller footprint than the Infinity Series 7 at 5.855” x 5.55” x 1.8”, and has a single, weatherproof 80-pin connector.

Infinity 506
The Infinity 506 is designed for racing engines with up to 6 cylinders.

Infinity 508
The Infinity 508 is designed for high performance V8 crate engines and race engines using high impedance injectors with up to 8 cylinders. A special Powersports version is available for Polaris RZR 900, 1000 and XP Turbo applications using Plug & Play Adapter Wiring Harnesses specific to each application.

SELECTING THE RIGHT INFINITY ECU
Infinity ECU modules are designed for maximum flexibility across many types of applications. ECU modules and harnesses are sold separately for both Supported and Plug & Play applications. Choose the ideal Infinity ECU based on your application’s ignition and fuel injector output requirements using the Infinity Specifications Chart, and then choose between our available Plug & Play or Universal harnesses to create the Infinity solution that suits your specific needs.

SUPPORTED vs. PLUG & PLAY APPLICATIONS
The Infinity ECU delivers comparable tuning functionality regardless of application type. It is available for a wide variety of applications in two distinct forms:

Supported Applications

  • Infinity Supported applications refer to an engine family or cam/crank pattern for which the Infinity ECU has been tested and validated to run. However, certain ancillary vehicle systems (such as factory instrument clusters, automatic transmissions, and certain drive by wire throttles), may not be supported.
  • The setup Wizard included with the InfinityTuner user interface software dramatically simplifies initial tuning configuration to help ensure successful initial startup for Supported applications.
  • Wiring is required for Supported applications. AEM offers Universal wiring harnesses in several iterations and detailed application-specific wiring instructions/schematics.

Plug & Play Applications
Infinity Plug & Play applications are available for select vehicles. Plug & Play applications support a vehicle’s engine and most other ancillary vehicle systems, and include application-specific start up calibrations. The Infinity Plug & Play harness (sold separately) connects directly into the vehicle’s factory ECU harness and requires no additional wiring.

200MHz Processor and Real Time Operating System
Late model vehicle ECU’s all run on faster processors. The Infinity ECU is built around a latest-generation 32 bit floating point 200MHz automotive processor and Real Time Operating System (RTOS), which is capable of processing 400 MIPS (millions of instructions per second). By comparison, common competitive systems typically use 20MHz to 50MHz processors. To our knowledge, the Infinity ECU currently has the fastest processing speed of any aftermarket Motorsports ECU available. This allows the Infinity to do more, faster, in a more stable programming environment.

AEM CD-7 Logging CAN Race Dash w/ VDM Digital Display Requires AEMdata V4.01.22

The CD-7/CD-7L color digital displays feature a super bright, high contrast, sunlight readable display and include an integrated glare diffuser and shade hood so that they are readable in even the brightest daylight conditions. They are designed to accept channels from CAN bus connections and do not include analog inputs. Two CAN bus channels are included so that it can receive and collect data from AEMnet enabled devices such as the Infinity ECU, Series 2 EMS or EMS-4, and 3rd party devices (See SUPPORTED APPS Tab above) including PDM’s, CAN sensor modules and programmable engine management systems. Third-party systems will require download of 3rd party DBC CAN bus protocol files for proper operation if they are not included in our setup software.

Seven ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housing for RPM and shift light indication. Users can program them to ascend in specific increments based on RPM range, and flash when it is time to shift. Brightness is user programmable on the fixed color LEDs. Two large buttons are included on the face of the display, allowing easy page changing and memory resetting even with driving gloves on. These button functions are also duplicated on the rear connector allowing the user to mount remote buttons on the steering wheel if desired. Two additional programmable LEDs are located above the toggle buttons on the sides of the housing.

LOGGING AND TRACK MAPPING CAPABILITIES
The dash display is available with (CD-7L) or without (CD-7) a 200MB on board logger (about 24 hours of logging time, up to 100 Hz/channel logging. It will accept as many channels as available from either of the CAN bus inputs and is tested up to 800 channels. Individual channel log speeds are adjustable.

Racers can purchase the CD-7 or CD-7L with our Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM) as a complete kit to add GPS for vehicle speed, track mapping and recording lap times, split times, and displaying predictive times with a live gain/loss value. In addition to the GPS, the VDM includes a 3-axis gyrometer for recoding roll, pitch and yaw, and a 3-axis accelerometer for collecting longitudinal, lateral and vertical acceleration.

TWO INDEPENDENT CAN BUS RECEIVE CHANNELS
The CD-7 features two independent, fully user programmable CAN channels. The bus configuration and messages are fully configurable; it even supports indexed messages. Custom CAN configurations can be imported via industry standard DBC files or the user can manually enter each message and channel. The user can then rename, filter, calibrate, change units and log any CAN channel, as well as direct these channels to inputs on our pre-defined templates or user created ones, and configure the channel data for the On-Change page for immediate reference to critical data when a channel parameter triggers the page.

UNLIMITED ALARMS AND WARNING TEXT
The CD-7 features a powerful alarm editor to create alarms based on any channel. It also features a powerful scrollable, prioritized ‘text warning’ feature that allows the user to describe the issue in detail, putting an end to obscure warning LEDs!

SEVEN PAGES TOTAL
The CD-7 and CD-7L are fully configurable and completely unlocked. They include seven total pages; a startup page, four pages for viewing channels that can be toggled using the buttons on the face, a unique ‘On-Change’ page and a dedicated Alarm event page. All pages are 100% customizable.

THREE EVENT TRIGGERED PAGES
Three event-based pages ensure that users do not miss any critical changes in the vehicle operation.

One is an alarm page. The CD-7 will display the alarm page whenever any user definable condition is met and will alert the user that a critical problem exists and can include the status of the channel that triggered the alarm (for example, low oil pressure, low fuel pressure, high coolant temp, etc.). This page is designed to get your attention, and if multiple alarm conditions are present, the CD-7 will scroll between them on the bottom of the screen so you are aware of every critical alarm condition.

The second event based page is a somewhat unique On-Change page. This page allows you to select channels for the display to monitor, and whenever one changes, the CD-7 will automatically display the On-Change page and remain there until the channel stops changing and an additional wait time has passed. The On-Change page is perfect for knowing what map you are on if you have map switching for different boost levels or traction control in the cockpit, and for viewing lap time, split time, etc., whenever you pass the start/stop beacon on the racetrack. The On-Change page enables monitoring for these types of channels only when there is something to see and does not waste valuable screen real estate to show unchanging values.

The third event page is triggered every time the dash powers up and allows the user to program whatever splash screen graphics they desire. This allows the user to brand the CD-7 startup sequence with their own custom team/company or sponsor logos.

FREE DASHDESIGN GRAPHICS EDITOR SOFTWARE!
AEM’s new DashDesign Screen Editing software is free and allows users to create or customize all of the different pages in the CD-7. Users can set the channels for the supplied templates or create their own from scratch, and everything in-between! We provide multiple templates and themes to accommodate most styles including light and dark themes, high contrast, vivid color, digital and analog style displays and more. Layouts useful in drag racing, closed circuit, off road and marine elements are also included. Future templates will be added for download at no charge and users can share their designs. For racers who want to create their own custom templates, we will make the layered Photoshop files of the existing templates available so they have a road map of how to design a layout for implementation into the CD-7’s user interface. The DashDesign software is free and downloadable from the instructions tab or CD-7 product pages on our website.

The AEM 380lph High Flow, High Pressure Fuel Pump for high performance naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. The High Flow, High Pressure Fuel Pump can be installed externally or in-tank using optional hardware that is sold separately. It utilizes the industry standard “044 Style” envelope and -10 AN female inlet and -6 AN female outlet connections for easy installation on new applications and for quick replacement of existing competitor fuel pumps. The 50-1005 fuel pump delivers incredible performance and value.

AEM’s 380lph High Flow, High Pressure Fuel Pump is capable of supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and a whopping 860 HP at 30 psi boost!* It flows 380 lph (100 gph) at 43 PSI, 340 lph (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270 lph (71 gph) at 120 PSI. Complete flow curves from 35 to 120 PSI and current draw vs. fuel pressure charts are available in the specs tab.

The AEM 380lph High Flow Fuel Pump is designed for use with gasoline. Alcohol fuels can be used, but pump life will be diminished. The inlet thread is a -10 AN female ORB (O-ring port fitting) and the discharge is a female -6 AN ORB (O-ring port fitting).

A male -6 to -8 AN discharge fitting with integral high pressure check valve, terminal nuts, terminal boots and installation instructions are included. Optional accessories that are sold separately include a -10 ORB fitting inlet pre-filter (for use with in-tank installations), and both -8 and -6 discharge adapters without integral check valves. Accessory fittings are hard anodized.

  • Designed for high output naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles

AEM's Infinity Series 3 Programmable ECU platform is designed for popular early- and late-model throttle body and port injected Ford, GM and Mopar V8s. The Series 3 ECUs are simplified engine controllers designed to run a basic race, marine or crate engine without the need for, or cost of, additional features like variable cam control, Drive-by-Wire throttle control or internal wideband air/fuel sensor controllers. Initial release of the Series 3 includes the Infinity 308 (PN 30-7113) and Infinity 358 (PN 30-7114). Both Infinity Series 3 systems are offered at a special introductory retail price of only $999.00 for as limited time.

INFINITY 308 PROGRAMMABLE EFI
The Infinity 308 (PN 30-7113) features two different injector types and two different coil outputs that support three different types of fuel and ignition configurations.

For throttle-body-injected (TBI) and GM multi-port fuel injected V8s the Infinity 308 includes a single direct-drive ignition coil output to work with a distributor and a single coil, and 2 peak & hold injector drivers that can drive up to four high-impedance injectors each. Other port injected and single-coil distributed V8 engines like the Ford Windsor can be controlled using the Infinity 308’s 8 high impedance injector divers and single direct-drive coil output.

For the Chevy LS, the Infinity 308 has 8 high impedance injector drivers and 8 “smart” coil outputs to drive a coil-near-plug ignition system.

Infinity 308 MEFI Upgrade
The Infinity 308 is a great upgrade for users looking to replace their older MEFI-4 system. This system also provides users with an upgrade path to sequential port injection and “smart” coil-near-plug ignition. A Plug & Play Adapter harness to install an Infinity 308 on engines using MEFI controllers will be available in the near future.

INFINITY 358 PROGRAMMABLE EFI
The Infinity 358 (PN 30-7114) is designed to control 2V and 4V Ford Modular engines, late-model Dodge Hemi engines and other late-model, individual direct-drive “dumb” coil V8 engines with port injection using 8 high impedance injectors.

200MHz Processor and Real Time Operating System
Late model vehicle ECU’s all run on faster processors. The Infinity ECU is built around a latest-generation 32 bit floating point 200MHz automotive processor and Real Time Operating System (RTOS), which is capable of processing 400 MIPS (millions of instructions per second). By comparison, common competitive systems typically use 20MHz to 50MHz processors. To our knowledge, the Infinity ECU currently has the fastest processing speed of any aftermarket Motorsports ECU available. This allows the Infinity to do more, faster, in a more stable programming environment.

  • The Infinity’s 200MHz processor and RTOS makes the Infinity more responsive, for a better driving experience
  • The Infinity’s 200MHz processor and RTOS allows for more accurate ignition timing, which enables an engine to create more power
  • The Infinity’s faster processor allows it to perform more computational features with no sacrifice in processing performance
  • The Infinity’s RTOS ensures strategic processing with optimized load balancing. This means that tuning one feature will not affect the performance of another feature

SUPPORTED vs. PLUG & PLAY APPLICATIONS
The Infinity ECU delivers comparable tuning functionality regardless of application type. It is available for a wide variety of applications in two distinct forms:

Supported Applications

  • Infinity Supported applications refer to an engine family or cam/crank pattern for which the Infinity ECU has been tested and validated to run. However, certain ancillary vehicle systems (such as factory instrument clusters, automatic transmissions, and certain drive by wire throttles), may not be supported
  • The setup Wizard included with the InfinityTuner user interface software dramatically simplifies initial tuning configuration to help ensure successful initial startup for Supported applications
  • Wiring is required for Supported applications. AEM offers Universal wiring harnesses in several iterations and detailed application-specific wiring instructions/schematics (please visit the Buy/Instructions Tab or Infinity Wiring Harnesses Page for more information)

Plug & Play Applications
Infinity Plug & Play applications are available for select vehicles. Plug & Play applications support a vehicle’s engine and most other ancillary vehicle systems, and include application-specific start up calibrations. The Infinity Plug & Play harness (sold separately) connects directly into the vehicle’s factory ECU harness and requires no additional wiring.

SPL Titanium Series front outer tie rod ends allow for bumpsteer adjustment by allowing the tie rod end pivot to be relocated with the use of spacers.  Reduced bumpsteer results in smoother steering and quicker lap times.  On cars that are lowered significantly, relocating the pivot point will also keep the tie rod end from binding, thereby preventing the inner tie rods from breaking or bending when racing.  High misalignment rod ends from FK are utlized to further ensure full articulation and crisp steering response.  Machined to match the curvature of the OEM outer tie rod ends, our kit will ensure fitment with wide wheels and tires.

The Kompact Dual Port blow-off valve is a direct replacement for the stock bypass valve on the Subaru WRX MY08-14 as well as the new Nissan Juke/Pulsar Turbo. Standard valves crack with age and heat cycling, and rely on rubber diaphragms which perish. They're also simply not designed to handle increased boost levels. Turbosmart's Kompact offers big blow-off valve performance in a small package. Its billet aluminium construction provides strength, while the precision-machined lightweight piston gives excellent valve response and sealing without relying on rubber diaphragms or O-rings, so it's far more durable, and guards against compressor surge even when the boost is turned up.

The Kompact Dual Port features a 50-50 split operation between recirculating and vent-to-atmosphere. One recirc port keeps the car's ECU happy, while one vent-to-atmosphere port gives the classic Turbosmart blow-off valve sound we know and love.
