Terms and Conditions:
Special Orders: Any item deemed “special order” cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, and cannot returned under any circumstances.
Returns: 5523 Motorsports will not accept any returns after 15 (fifteen) days. Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable conditions with all included pieces. All returns are subject to approval from 5523 Motorsports. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be insured, and any loss / damage claims must be filed by the customer. 5523 Motorsports will not accept returns on coilovers, electrical parts, fluids, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers or turbo kits. All approved, returned items are subject to 25% re-stocking fee.
Warranty: 5523 Motorsports does not offer any warranty on any product it sells. All items are covered by manufacturers warranty only. Credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once inspected and the claim is approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer. 5523 Motorsports is not responsible for accidental, incidental, or consequential damage, such as loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, any and all labor costs or commercial loss. In no event will 5523 Motorsports’ liability ever exceed the purchase price.
Drop Shipments: All drop shipments must be pre-paid and the customer is responsible for fees, including re-shipment, due to customer refusal, address error, etc..
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and returned to 5523 Motorsports by the carrier, the customer will be billed for any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the item. This includes shipments the carrier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts.
Damage Claims: All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. 5523 Motorsports will supply the necessary documentation, but all claims must be initiated by the customer. All packing material must be kept by the customer so it can be investigated by the carrier; 5523 Motorsports accepts zero responsibility for customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the damage / loss with the carrier, contact 5523 Motorsports immediately with pictures of the damage item (s) and packing to proceed with the claim.
